WunderLife Skin & IV is a medical skincare and IV therapy practice at the b'Mine Hotel in Frankfurt. A sister company to WunderLife GmbH, we specialize in JetPeel facials, microneedling, chemical peels, medical-grade skincare (ZO®, AlumierMD, Truth Treatment Systems), and 14 personalized IV infusions — all under the medical direction of Dr. med. Désirée Grawunder.
Dr. med. Désirée Grawunder is a licensed physician specializing in aesthetic medicine and longevity. She founded WunderLife to offer a science-guided, personalized approach to beauty and wellness — one that treats the whole person, not just symptoms.
WunderLife Skin & IV has two convenient locations: the b’Mine Hotel, Georg-Baumgarten-Str. 1, 60549 Frankfurt (near Frankfurt Airport), and Frankfurter Straße 69, 61118 Bad Vilbel. Both are open Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 and Sat 9:00–13:00, with evenings and weekends by appointment. Visit our Contact page for directions.
We treat your skin from both sides — advanced topical treatments and IV infusions that nourish from within. Every treatment plan begins with an initial consultation, so your skincare, facials, and IV protocols are guided by your individual data, not guesswork.
Initial consultations are conducted in person to ensure thorough skin analysis. Follow-up consultations and progress reviews may be available virtually — ask our team when booking.
WunderLife Skin & IV offers two membership options: WunderBank (a flexible wellness savings and credit system from €99/month) and our Skin & IV Membership (a treatment-focused program combining skincare and IV infusions). Details are discussed during your initial consultation.
WunderBank is our wellness savings and credit system. You contribute a monthly amount that accumulates as credit toward any WunderLife Skin & IV treatment, product, or IV infusion. It’s the most flexible way to invest in your skin and wellness without committing to a specific treatment path.
Yes. Your needs may evolve, and our memberships are designed to grow with you. Speak with our team about transitioning between programs — we’ll help you find the right fit for your current phase.
Membership terms vary by program. WunderBank offers flexible monthly contributions with no minimum commitment. The Skin & IV Membership has a minimum period to ensure you see meaningful results. Full terms are discussed during your initial consultation.
The Skin & IV Membership is a treatment-focused program that combines skin treatments (JetPeel, microneedling, chemical peels, medical-grade skincare) with IV infusion protocols. It’s designed for clients who want an ongoing, comprehensive approach to skin health from the inside out. If you’re looking for injectables, fillers, or hormone therapy, our sister practice WunderLife GmbH (wunderlife.de) offers those services.
All prices shown on this website serve as approximate guidelines. Billing is calculated individually in accordance with the German Medical Fee Schedule (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte — GOÄ) based on the scope and complexity of the treatment provided. WunderLife Skin & IV offers JetPeel facials, microneedling, chemical peels, skin consultations, medical-grade skincare (ZO®, AlumierMD, Truth Treatment Systems), and 14 personalized IV infusions including Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, NAD+, and our signature WunderInfusion.
Most of our treatments involve minimal discomfort. JetPeel is completely pain-free, microneedling uses topical numbing beforehand, and IV infusions involve only a small needle insertion. Dr. Grawunder discusses what to expect during your initial consultation so there are no surprises.
Results vary by treatment. Skin treatments like microneedling and chemical peels show cumulative improvement over a series of sessions. IV infusion benefits are typically felt within 24–48 hours and last 1–2 weeks depending on the protocol. Your ongoing treatment plan is specifically designed to preserve and build on your results.
All treatments are performed by Dr. Grawunder, a licensed physician, using CE-marked devices and approved products. Safety is central to our approach — we never recommend a treatment without first understanding your full health profile, contraindications, and goals.
You can book your initial consultation through our Contact page or by calling our clinic directly. Once you’re an active client, follow-up appointments and treatments are scheduled through our clinic management system.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand plans change — just reach out to our team as early as possible.
Come with a list of any medications or supplements you’re currently taking, your skincare routine, and any specific goals or concerns. Wear minimal makeup if possible — this helps with skin analysis. Your initial consultation will cover everything else.
